The F-15U (Grand Eagle) is a concept attack variant of the F-15 family. It features a modified wing design to increase stability and store the same quantity of fuel as if it were using Conformal Fuel Tanks (CFTs). As an attacker, it places greater emphasis on Air-to-Ground sorites than compared to the F-15E Strike Eagle.

The Grand Eagle is an attack-focused, up-armored variant of the iconic F-15 airframe, with custom electronic support for advanced air to ground weaponry, and a modified wing design that allows for an increase of more than 25% in wing loading capability. Additionally, the larger wingspawn inherently has a greater fuel capacity and increased stability. The Grand Eagle's self-defence capabilities are also enviable, and the aircraft can fight its way into an area dominated by enemy targets, destroy key targets with precision, and fight its way back out, eliminating the need for dedicated fighter escort.
